When you register for GrimOS, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and user role. When you use the Platform as a Supply Partner, we collect deal information you post including property addresses, pricing, deal terms, photos, and descriptions. When you use the Platform as a Buyer, we collect your buy box criteria including deal types, target markets, maximum price, and notes. When you claim a deal, we record the transaction including timestamps and deal details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate and maintain your account; match deals to buyer buy boxes; notify you of relevant platform activity via email; facilitate the contract process following a deal claim; communicate with you about your account or transactions; improve the Platform's functionality; comply with legal obligations.

3. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes. We do not share your buy box criteria publicly — it is only visible to you and to Admin.

4. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses the following third-party services that may process your data: Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication, database storage, and file storage; EmailJS for transactional email notifications. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data practices. By using the Platform you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these services in accordance with their own terms.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication for secure login, Firestore Security Rules to restrict data access by role, and Firebase Storage Rules to protect uploaded files. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Deal data is retained for platform operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at grimempireholdings@gmail.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and data, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at grimempireholdings@gmail.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will promptly delete their account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform following notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
